              23   A quiet day in the Realm as the monsters make themselves scarce 
              again. After watching the display of fireworks at the Pool the night 
              before, the Scholar reaches in his pocket for gold to buy a whole 
              assortment of weapons, armor, and treasure that the Wizard and Swordsman 
              offer him, while the Captain and Dwarf go diving in the Pool for 
              more treasure. The White Knight and Pilgrim make the long climb 
              up the Cliff again, the Witch King finds an item that he lost, the 
              Berserker keeps on running away from the dangerous crowd at the 
              Pool, and the Sorceror reads runes to learn four spell, but carelessly 
              gets an "Ill Health" curse in the process. The evening is uneventful.
