DAY 11

Swordsman uses his fleet-footedness to catch himself a fine sturdy Workhorse, while sending his army south, leaving the Elf to continue the plunder at the Campfire. Further down the path, the Sorceror rests and rejuvenates while Eduinae continues her perusal of a magical scroll. Both the Witch and the Witch-King find themselves face to face with guardian monsters in the Lost City, which so far are doing a good job of hiding the locations of their treasure sites. The Wizard and Captain lick their wounds after their unsuccessful bout with the Dragon, casting an eye on the sleeping Amazon. Magician returns to the Pool and his hireling, while the White Knight pays a visit to the Chapel and finally cracks some of the Good Book's secrets.

The Witch-King falls to the might of a Dragon, and much ghostly lamenting is heard across the land. Meanwhile the seemingly invincible Witch does away with another Troll-guardian. The Wizard works powerful magicks to change the weather, and Eduinae looks up at the roiling clouds, reminded that she should soon be on her way to claim this powerful artifact for her people. The Magician brightens up the cave again, while the White Knight tries out his newly-learned abilities in using the Good Book.

Sunset

The Witch is caught red-handed searching for treasure sites by a T Troll, who knows when someone's prowling around his clearing! In a clearing not far away, the Witch-King sneaks up on his adversary, a plodding (but Tremendous) Dragon.

Eduinae and the Sorceror spend another quiet night conversing and playing with the kitty (who really should be helping his mistress but is getting too much attention to leave).

Elf tries to organize all his ponies and keep them away from Shrek, who is pointedly fed other things for dinner.

Captain and the Wizard palaver about what to do next, out of earshot of the Amazon who is finally waking up.

The Magician comforts his hireling, who complains about how he is really a forest elf and was never meant for these dank caves.

The White Knight finally makes peace with the irate librarian, who agrees that he has suffered enough and gives him some tips on reading those pesky magical runes.

Swordsman spends the evening grooming the largest, sturdiest workhorse he has ever seen, in preparation for catching up with his army on the morrow.
